Air & Ocean Shipment Of Products
If Bell Performance products are shipped by air or ocean after purchase from Bell Performance, they may require shipment as hazardous goods. Refer to the applicable product SDS for Hazard Classification.
For some products (including Bellicide), international shipping is restricted. Contact Bell Performance (407-831-5021 or click here to request information online) for restrictions and details.
Product Purchase Return Policy
Regular Bell Performance products (excluding custom formulations or specially produced products) purchased directly from Bell Performance, Inc. through the Bell Performance website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Eligible returns will receive a refund to the original payment method, less any original shipping and handling fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging unless otherwise approved by Bell Performance. Refunds will be processed after returned products have been received and reviewed.
Product Return Procedure
To return an item, please submit an online request here or contact the Bell Performance sales department at 407-831-5021 to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item.
A Return Authorization Number is required before sending products back to Bell Performance. Returns received without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
