Since 2009, as the President of Bell Performance, Mr. Williams is responsible for overall Sales, Marketing, and Operations for the company.
Previously serving as the Vice President and General Manager in charge of production and development, he managed the corporate Power Generation accounts and product development for the diesel and ethanol additives. He also instigated new measures for international sales and marketing of the products.
Mr. Williams serves the community by volunteering his time to charitable organizations such as Mission for Orphans, Missionary Ventures, Pioneers and Campus Crusade, traveling to Haiti, Russia, Europe and China. He also serves on the leadership team at his church, Orlando North Community Church.
Also active in professional organizations outside the industry, Mr. Williams is a member of the World Affairs Council of Central Florida, leading cultural and citizen diplomacy efforts brought to Central Florida by the US Department of State.
Mr. Williams is a graduate of Lifework Leadership, an organization that brings business executives together to be a positive agent of change in their communities by developing principle-centered leadership and by encouraging involvement in areas of need in a community. It also facilitates discussions and provides workshops for improving business.
Before joining the Bell Performance team, Mr. Williams earned his degree in Business Administration from Lee University (Cleveland, TN).
Ola Williams-Milam has served in chief administration for Bell Performance ever since she and her husband Charlie Williams, as members of an investment group, purchased the company from Robert J. Bell's widow and estate back in 1972. Mrs. Williams-Milam has exercised the skills gained from her MBA (Rollins College, Winter Park, FL) as well as her 44 years of experience serving with Martin Marietta Corporation/Lockheed Martin to help grow the Bell Performance company, serving as Vice President/Secretary in 1995, President in 2004, and transitioned to CEO of the company in 2009.
As Administrator and Technical Solutions Manager since 2014, Demetrus Thompson’s responsibilities include office operations, customer service, sales team support, and technical solutions management.
Demetrus received his B.S. Degree from DeVry University (Orlando, FL) and his MBA from Herzing University (Winter Park, FL). He has 20+ years of personnel and resource management experience in retail and administrative leadership. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Demetrus’ Military Occupational Specialty was Personnel Administration during his period of service.
As a former personal trainer and current jump rope aficionado, Demetrus enjoys all types of physical activity. He and his wife are also active in their church, helping to make a positive impact in their community through it.
Scott has lived in Central Florida for most of his life, and has worked in the chemical industry for over 20 years. He started his career driving fuel and chemical trucks, working his way up to Operations Manager responsible for seven branches throughout Florida and Georgia. Scott then joined the Bell team in 2011.
As the Plant Manager, Scott is responsible for all aspects of shipping, purchasing and plant functions. Scott is a certified DOT, IMDG and IATA haz-mat shipper with experience shipping all over the world. When he's not helping make Bell Performance great, he likes fishing, spending time on the water and spending time with his family.
Erik Bjornstad has served as the Director of Technical Sales & Technical Information for Bell Performance since 2006. He is in charge of providing product technical support and information to Bell's customers, distributors and sales associates. In addition, Erik coordinates product formulation and testing, as well as developing technical literature to support Bell Performance’s wide range of treatment options for all types of fuels.
Erik has been fortunate to live and travel all across the globe. He was born in Japan, grew up in Maryland, arrived at Bell Performance in central Florida by way of Cheltenham, England (where he went to high school), Tennessee (where he went to college), and Tuscaloosa, Alabama (where he met his wife). Erik has a B.S. in chemistry from Lee University and an MPH degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
When he’s not serving customers with Bell, Erik enjoys playing and watching sports, being active in his church, cooking and watching British television programs on public television. He and his wife live in Longwood with their basset hounds, Beauregard & Bella.
Jim Parry, CMA, Director of Information Technology at Bell Performance Inc., also serves as the Assistant Controller within the company, responsible for the Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable and Payroll Functions. Jim has been an integral part of the Bell Performance team since 1996, helping define the direction and monitor the performance of the company’s entire operations.
Jim has lived in Central Florida most of his life, graduating from the University of Central Florida in 1985. He began his career at Sears as a Credit Supervisor with 25 employees under his direction. In 1988, he moved on to Pro-ma Systems, an international company as Controller of the US Operations, and came on board with Bell Performance in 1996.
Jim enjoys playing basketball with his boys, watching the Dallas Cowboys and spending time with family. Jim has also been active in his church and has served as a Royal Ranger commander for several years.
Since 2005, Maria Davis has served in various capacities at Bell Performance - Production/Quality Control Supervisor, Human Resources, Warehouse Director, and now, Director of Regulatory Management. She supervises all of the regulatory and compliance elements needed to produce and distribute Bell’s products to the United States and international markets.
Maria is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.A. in Sociology. She has 2 decades of management, leadership and team-building experience which has made her an asset to Bell Performance. Maria’s extensive knowledge in logistics aids Bell Performance with all of their domestic and international shipping needs.
Maria holds certifications in DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation by Ground, IATA Hazardous Materials by Air and IMDG Hazardous Materials by Ocean. She also handles regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Environmental Protection, OSHA and the Department of Homeland Security.
