Professional Fuel Filtration for Large Storage Systems

The Bulk Diesel Filtration Cart is a commercial-duty filtration system designed for professional fuel maintenance, fuel polishing, and bulk diesel transfer applications.

Whether used for single-pass filtration during fuel transfer or continuous kidney-loop filtration, the system removes particulate contamination and free and emulsified water to help restore and maintain fuel quality in larger diesel storage tanks.

Designed specifically for ULSD and biodiesel blends, the system utilizes Schroeder's fully synthetic filter media and patented fuel/water separation technology to deliver exceptional filtration performance for today's diesel fuels.

Three-Stage Filtration System

The Bulk Diesel Filtration Cart uses three dedicated filtration stages, each engineered to perform a specific filtration task.

Stage 1 – Bag Filter

Provides primary removal of larger contaminants before they reach the finer filtration stages.

Available bag element ratings:

• 5 micron (standard)
• 25 micron
• 50 micron
• 100 micron

Ideal for removing:

• Rust
• Scale
• Heavy particulate contamination
• Larger microbial biomass and sludge

Stage 2 – Water Coalescing Filter

The C396Z5V coalescing element continuously removes both free water and emulsified water from diesel fuel.

Lead time: Approximately 1 week

Stage 3 – Fine Particulate Filter

Final polishing is accomplished using Schroeder fully synthetic particulate media.

Choose either:

• 1 micron filtration
• 3 micron filtration

Lead time: Approximately 5 weeks

• 25 GPM pump
• 115 VAC, 60 Hz single-phase motor
• Resettable overload protection
• 7-foot power cord

Optional factory-installed motor configurations include:

• 220V Single Phase
• 230V Three Phase
• 460V Three Phase

Each Bulk Diesel Filtration Cart is built to order.

Start by selecting your Base Bulk Diesel Cart. Then choose:

• Fine particulate filtration (1 micron or 3 micron)
• Bag filter rating (5, 25, 50, or 100 micron)

After selecting the base unit, you may add any available factory-installed options before completing your order.

Once your order is received, our team will contact you to verify your selected configuration prior to production.

Replacement filter elements are also available separately for routine maintenance.
