Equipment

Luminometer + Module Equipment Set

• The essential hardware and equipment that measures microbial presence in prepared samples
• Luminometer and associated bluetooth module (for reading results), plus all of the equipment necessary to conduct ATP-L testing

Testing Reagents

FP Enzyme

• Luciferase enzyme that produces light in the presence of ATP, enabling precise measurement of cellular ATP and microbial counts
• Dual pack enzyme (3 mL) and rehydration buffer (3 mL), enough to do 25 tests

FP Calibration Fluid

• Use 1 drop per round of testing
• Luminometer and enzyme calibration are essential steps for accurate testing results
• 5 mL bottle, enough to conduct more than 100 ATP-L tests

FP Washing Fluid

• Used to clean filtered organic samples in advance of ATP extraction
• Available in 125 ml (25 tests) anf 250 ml (50 tests) bottle sizes

FP Extraction Fluid

• Used to extract cellular ATP from organic samples after washing and drying
• Available in both bulk liquid bottles (for use with blank vials) and convenient pre-filled extraction tubes.
• Bulk liquid bottles available in 30 ml (30 tests), 125 ml (125 tests) and 250 ml (250 tests).
• Pre-filled extraction tubes available in 25 count and 50 count packages, one tube per test.

FP Dilution Fluid

• Used to dilute and hold captured cellular ATP after organic sample filtering, washing, drying and extraction.
