Glenn Williams, President

Since 2009, Mr. Williams has served as the President of Bell Performance, where he is responsible for overall Sales, Marketing, and Operations for the company.

Mr. Williams previously served as the Vice President and General Manager, in charge of production and development where he managed the corporate Power Generation accounts and product development for the diesel and ethanol additives. He also instigated new measures for international sales and marketing of the products.

Mr. Williams serves the community by volunteering his time to charitable organizations such as Mission for Orphans, Missionary Ventures, Pioneers and Campus Crusade, traveling to Haiti, Russia, Europe and China. He also serves on the leadership team at his church, Orlando North Community Church.

Also active in professional organizations outside the industry, Mr. Williams is a member of the International Council of Central Florida, leading cultural and citizen diplomacy efforts brought to Central Florida by the US Department of State.

Mr. Williams is a graduate of Lifework Leadership, an organization that brings business executives together to be a positive agent of change in their communities by developing principle-centered leadership and by encouraging involvement in areas of need in a community. It also facilitates discussions and provides workshops for improving business.

Before joining the Bell Performance team, Mr. Williams earned his degree in Business Administration from Lee University (Cleveland, TN).

Rhonda Stutes, Executive Assistant

Rhonda has served as Executive Assistance to the President since 2005.  She assists in providing customer service and coordinating projects for domestic and international customers.

Maria Davis, Production Supervisor

Maria Davis is Bell Performance's Production Supervisor and Warehouse Director.  She supervises all of the production and shipping elements to produce and distribute Bell Performance products to the United States and international markets.

Erik Bjornstad, Technical Sales

Erik Bjornstad has served as Technical Sales Director for Bell Performance since 2006. He is in charge of providing technical support and information to Bell's sales associates, distributors and customers.

Gene Rumley, International Marketing

Gene coordinates International Marketing projects for Bell Performance, developing leads and customer base for international markets.  Mr. Rumley also serves as Executive Director of Mission for Orphans, an Apoka (FL)-based charity that aims to feed and clothe needy orphans on the streets of India.
